摘要
采用种子乳液聚合法合成了核壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了乳化剂、单体质量在核壳两阶段聚合中的分配、长链丙烯酸酯单体及交联单体对乳液涂膜性能的影响。试验发现:乳化剂在核壳两相分配比例为4∶3最佳,单体质量分配比例为4∶6最佳;长链丙烯酸酯单体与交联单体能提高涂膜耐水性和耐溶剂性,但有一定的适用范围;用该丙烯酸酯乳液及合适助剂配制的水性木器封闭底漆,对底材封闭性良好。
Acrylic latex with core-shell structure is synthesized through seed emulsion polymerization.This paper studies the influence of the emulsifier,the mass distribution of emulsifier and monomer in core and shell polymerization stages,the long-chain acrylic monomer and cross-linking monomer on the performance of latex film.It is found that the best mass ratio of emulsifier in core and shell phase is 4∶3 and the best monomer mass ratio in core and shell is 4∶6;Long chain monomer and crosslinking monomer can increase the water and solvent resistance in certain range;with suitable additives,the acrylic latex can give waterborne wood sealing primer of good sealing performance for wood substrates.
