摘要
利用现有的普通计算机,通过A/D转换卡及简单的测量电路,就可以对一般电阻进行测量,但测量精度受多方面因素的影响,如:环境温度、电源的稳定性、各环节间的接触电阻的大小以及A/D转换精度等。通过测量微电机绕组阻值的实例,介绍使用温度传感器和标准电阻,对测量电阻时,由于环境温度和电源等不稳定因素所造成的测量误差进行修正的方法。测量精度达±0.
Employing the microcomputer, A/D converter, and a simple measuring circuit, we can measure the resistance. But its precision is effected by environmental temperature, contact resistance of the circuit, precision of the converter, etc. We have developed a system for measuring the resistance of micrcrmotor winding, with a system error less than 5%, eliminating the effects of the above mentioned factors. This paper describes its theory and implementation.
