摘要
针对炭素挤压机现有压头存在问题:压头散热严重,料室内糊料温度不均匀;料室内壁磨损严重;后压头回程时压头与糊料之间有粘连等进行分析,开发了一种新型炭素挤压机恒温压头。新型恒温压头利用电热管和热电偶将温度控制在一个恒定值,减少了炭素糊料热量损失,实现了等温挤压,避免了压头回程时压头与糊料之间的粘连现象,提高了挤压制品质量。
The problems exited in the indenter of the extruder for carbon electrodes including the large loss of heat resulting in the asymmetry of the heat of the paste;the terrible abrasion of the inner side of the paste room;conglutination between the indenter and the paste during the backhaul of the indenter,etc.were analyzed.A new style of indenter of the carbon extruder was developed,which is consisted of the platen,indenter,guide bushing,galvanothermy tube,thermocouple and sealing ring,etc.The new style of the indenter could make use of the galvanothermy tube and thermocouple to keep the temperature to be an invariable value,which reduces the heat loss of the carbon paste,and achieves the isothermal extrusion,avoids the conglutination between the indenter and paste,and improves the quality of the extruded products.
