改进了有关文献中的用户公钥管理系统,然后提出一种新型Internet网络密钥管理体制.该体制具有较高的安全性和运行效率.
Abstact Based on the improvement of PKMS given before,a new key management system for Internet is given.The system is more secure and efficient.
