摘要
新型人工晶状体（IOL）面世,为满足临床不同需求提供了更多的选择机会.但在进行IOL选择时,仍存在很多误区.除了＂贵的就是好的＂和＂新的就是完美的＂等选择误区外;还应该注意避免＂概念混淆＂及＂单视矫正和双眼不同IOL匹配原则的理解偏差＂,以及＂缺乏循证医学原则的研究成果＂等问题.在IOL选择时,充分考虑患者的需求,把最大的利益提供给患者,是我们共同面对的挑战.
Different kinds of new intraocular lenses （IOL） provide more choices for different clinical demands. However, there are many misunderstandings about how to select the proper IOL These misunderstandings arise from the believes that include ＂the expensive IOL is good IOL＂, ＂new product is absolutely perfect＂, etc. Furthermore, we should pay attention to avoid the ＂ confusion concept ＂, ＂comprehend error of monovision and matching different types of IOL＂, ＂ignore the results from evidencebased medicine＂, etc. When we select the IOL, we should concern about how to meet the patients＇ demands and how to provide the best benefits to the patients. （Chin J Opbthalmol, 2011,47：289-290）
