负压封闭引流技术结合组织移植在难治性创面修复中的应用 被引量：18

摘要 难治性创面多继发于严重创伤、感染、糖尿病、神经营养不良、放射性损伤等,是临床面临的治疗难题.我科2008年2月至2010年6月对43例难治性创面（10例合并窦道）应用负压封闭引流（vacuum sealing drainage,VSD）[1]技术快速优化创面条件,并在此基础上,采用自体皮片移植或皮瓣转移修复创面,部分病例皮片移植后再次应用VSD技术.
