摘要
以K2TiF6、石墨粉、稀土氧化物Ce2O3及工业纯铝为原料,采用氟盐法制备Al-Ti-C-Ce中间合金,通过OM、XRD、SEM及EDAX等对细化剂的组织进行了分析,探讨了进口Al-Ti-B和自制Al-Ti-C-Ce晶粒细化剂对7010铝合金的晶粒尺寸和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-Ti-C-Ce晶粒细化剂细化后的7010铝合金的晶粒尺寸显著减小,抗拉强度和伸长率也得到了明显的提高。
Al-Ti-C-Ce master alloy was prepared with K2TiF6,graphite powder,rare earth oxide Ce2O3 and commercial pure aluminum as raw materials,and microstructure of the master alloy is observed by OM(optical microscope),XRD(X-ray diffraction),SEM(scanning electron microscope) and EDAX.Meanwhile,effects of self-developed Al-Ti-C-Ce master alloy and imported Al-Ti-C-Ce master alloy on grain size and mechanical properties of 7010 aluminum alloy were analyzed.The results show that grain size in 7010 aluminum alloy is greatly refined,and tensile strength and elongation of the alloy are obviously improved with Al-Ti-C-Ce master alloy refinement.
