摘要 导电聚合物因其制备容易、导电性高,具有稳定的化学、电化学特性及较好的生物相容性等特点成为生物材料和组织工程研究领域所关注的焦点之一。概述导电聚合物在药物释放系统、生物效应器、组织工程及生物传感器等领域中的一些应用,并提出导电聚合物应用于生物医学工程领域所面临的挑战及未来的发展趋势和方向。 Conducting polymers have attracted much attention in the field of biomaterials and tissue engineering because of their properties, such as high conductivity, high biocompatibility, chemical and electro chemial stability, easy to synthesize. Herein, the applications of conducting polymers in the areas of drug delivery, bioactuators, tissue engineering and biosensors were summarized. Furthermore, progress and directions of conducting polymers in biomedical engineering were proposed.
