摘要
在18、21、24、27、30、33℃6个恒温条件下观察刺桐姬小蜂(Quadrastichus erythrinae Kim)的生长发育情况,记录卵、幼虫、蛹以及卵-蛹的发育历期,计算刺桐姬小蜂各虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温.结果表明,卵、幼虫、蛹、卵-蛹的发育起点温度分别为14.40、13.93、15.11、14.47℃,有效积温分别43.82、186.36、109.43、338.45 d℃,由此建立了发育历期预测式与Logistic模型.
Developmental durations of four stages of Quadrastichus erythrinae Kim were recorded under six constant temperatures of 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33 ℃. From above, developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperature (EAT) of Q. erythrinae Kim for each developmental stage were calculated. The results showed that developmental threshold and EAT of egg, larva, pupa and egg pupa were 14.40℃ and 43.82 d℃, 13.93 ℃ and 186.36 d℃, 15.11 ℃ and 109.43 d℃, 14.47 ℃ and 338.45 d℃ re spectively. The developmental duration predicting equations and Logistic models were also made based on the data under six differ ent temperatures.
