摘要
重点阐述了我国机电行业加入世贸组织对加速发展，扩大对外贸易和科技交流提供了一个良好的机遇．并提出今后必须调整产业结构，提高企业素质，深化体制改革迎接挑战．
This paper states that it will provide a good chance to speed up development,expand trade to the world and exchange of science and technology for the mechanic and electronic indurstries when we join the world trade orgnization,points out that we must adjust the industry construction,improve enterprises quality,deepen system reform in order to greet the challenge.
