摘要
美国亚马逊网上书店是网上书店的开创者。中国网上书店发展速度非常快，与亚马逊的差距正在缩小，但差距仍然非常明显，如个性化服务、物流配送和支付手段等。随着外部环境的改善和企业自身的努力，制约中国网上书店的结算和物流等“瓶颈”都会逐渐消除，我们有理由相信，中国网上书店与亚马逊之间的差距将会逐渐消除。
U.S.online bookstore Amazon was the pioneer.China＇s online bookstore development is very fast, is closing the gap with Amazon,but the gap is still very obvious,such as personalized service,logistics and payment means.With the improvement of the external environment and their own efforts to restrict the settlement of online bookstores in China,and logistics and other／ ＂bottleneck ＂ will be gradually eliminated,we have reason to believe that China and the Amazon online bookstore will gradually eliminate the gap.
