摘要
目的观察静脉注射维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗效果与不良反应率。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年12月使用维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速共52例患者的临床资料。结果成功恢复窦性心律48例,成功率92.3,出现不良反应2例,不良反应率为3.8。结论维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过成功率高,不良反应率低,是急诊治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的一线药物,但应注意其副作用。
Objective To observe the effect of verapamil on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients of verapamil on PSVT were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.Results Successful restoration of sinus rhythm in 48 patients,the success rate of 92.3%,2 patients of adverse reactions,adverse reactions rate of 3.8%.Conclusion Verapamil treatment of PSVT had a high success rate and Low rate of adverse reactions,is the emergency treatment of PSVT in the first-line drugs.
