促进我国肝癌肝移植健康有序发展 被引量：2

Promoting Healthy and Orderly Development of Liver Transplantation in Our Country

摘要 肝移植技术的出现既为肝癌治疗提供了新的理念和希望，也为如何合理治疗肝癌带来了新的问题和矛盾。来自中国肝移植注册系统（CI.TR）的数据[1]表明，截至2009年12月31日，我国大陆地区已登记的肝移植手术总例数为16190例，其中肝癌肝移植7151例，占总体移植例数的44．2％，这一比例远远高于欧美国家的5％～10％[2]。因此，严格把握肝癌肝移植的选择标准，尽可能预防和降低术后肿瘤复发和转移，促进我国肝癌肝移植健康有序发展，进一步提高肝癌肝移植患者的生存率是移植医生应该关注的焦点。
