摘要
目的探讨益气活血法对兔视网膜激光损伤的促修复作用。方法将50只有色家兔随机分为正常对照组和激光损伤组,激光损伤组又分为模型对照组、益气组、活血组、益气活血组。采用倍频532 nm绿激光对有色家兔眼进行损伤照射造模。造模后第2天开始灌胃给药,1次/d。益气组予黄芪水煎液5 ml/(kg.d);活血组予蛴螬水提液5ml/(kg.d);益气活血组予益气活血复方水煎液5 ml/(kg.d);正常对照组、模型对照组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。检眼镜观察眼底变化;造模后7 d、l4 d行眼球摘除,作病理组织学切片及超薄切片,光镜及电镜下观察视网膜情况。结果益气活血组的视网膜损伤修复情况好于其他各组。结论益气活血法能够促进光凝后的视网膜修复,对减轻眼底激光损伤有一定作用。
OBJECTIVE To research the protective effect and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on rabbit retina injured by laser photocoagulation.METHODS Fifty rabbits were randomly divided into normal group and injury groups（model group,astragalus group,grub group and Yiqi Huoxue Decoction group）.Astragalus at dose of 5ml/Kg was given in astragalus group once a day;grub at dose of 5ml/Kg in grub group;Yiqi Huoxue Decoction at dose of 5ml/Kg was given in Yiqi Huoxue Decoction group.Salt water was filled in normal group and model group.On the 7th and 14th day after laser photocoagulation respectively,eyes were enucleated,fixed and cut into sections.Pathomorphological changes were observed.RESULTS Compared with other injury groups,the restoration was better in Yiqi Huoxue Decoction group.CONCLUSIONS Yiqi Huoxue Decoction have a protective effect on laser damage of retina photocoagulation.
