摘要
‘文椰4号’是从‘香水椰子’中选育出的椰子新品种,植株矮小,平均单果质量870g,椰肉蛋白质含量7.1%,脂肪含量48.5%,椰水可溶性固形物含量7.8%,味甜浓香,适宜作为鲜果食用。
‘Wenye 4＇ is a new coconut cultivar,which is selected from‘Aromatic＇coconut by Coconut Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences.The trunk is dwarf.The single fruit weight is 870 g.The protein content of copra is 7.1%,the fat content of copra is 48.5%.The soluble solids content of coconut water is 7.8%.The fruit is very sweet with fragrance in flavor.
