颅内多发动脉瘤的诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 颅内有两个或两个以上的动脉瘤称为多发动脉瘤,其发生破裂的概率高于单发动脉瘤,病死率和致残率均较高,诊断有一定难度,治疗上尚存在一些争议。笔者对近5年来20例颅内多发动脉瘤处理方法作一报道,以探讨颅内多发动脉瘤的诊治策略。
