血清泌乳素水平对子宫内膜异位症患者行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗结局的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血清泌乳素(PRL)水平对子宫内膜异位症(EMS)合并不孕患者行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗结局的影响。方法回顾性分析152例IVF-ET治疗的EMS合并不孕患者,根据PRL值分为高泌乳素血症(HPRL)组(≥25μg/L,41例)和正常PRL组(<25μg/L,111例);以307例因男方因素不孕者为对照组,同样根据血清PRL值分为两组。比较分析各组血清生殖激素水平、获卵数、卵裂率、受精率、临床妊娠率及流产率等。结果 EMS组HPRL发生率较对照组升高,但差异无统计学意义。两组中HPRL组与正常PRL组患者的促性腺激素(Gn)用量、注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日内膜厚度、获卵数、受精数、卵裂数、受精率、卵裂率、临床妊娠率及流产率均无差异。结论血清PRL水平对EMS患者行IVF-ET治疗结局无明显不良影响。
