子宫颈癌保留生理功能的微创手术治疗 被引量：11

摘要 近年来，子宫颈癌的发生越来越呈年轻化趋势，要求保留生育及生理功能的需求越发强烈，因此，个性化、保留生育功能的手术或治疗策略，尤其受到关注，且进展迅速。随着手术器械及腹腔镜技术的不断进步，腹腔镜下完成保留女性生理功能的子宫颈癌微创治疗成为现实。目前，子宫颈癌保留女性生理功能的手术集中于以下方面：①保留女性生育功能的广泛性子宫颈切除术；②保留女性内分泌功能的卵巢移位术；③保留盆腔自主神经的广泛子宫切除术。
