摘要
对现行蓖麻取油工艺作了评述,并提出了一种新的取油工艺——水酶法,同时对酶的选择、温度、ph 的影响、加酶量,液料比等因素进行了分析,在实验的基础上,得到了最佳的工艺条件。
This article studies the old technology of preparation of castor oil and puts forward a new way:aqucous cnzymatic technology.On the basis of the experiments which include the selection of enzyme,temperature,time,the amount of enzyme,ph,etc,the optimum conditions are found.
