摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多器官损伤的自身免疫性疾病。虽然其发病机制还不完全清楚,但遗传、免疫紊乱、激素水平、环境等多种因素和它的发生有关。调节性T细胞(Treg)作为外周免疫耐受的关键,在SLE中起重要作用。针对Treg在SLE中作用机制的研究已取得了很大进展,但所得结论却存在差异。该文以现有的对Treg的研究结果为出发点,将Treg与该病的关系作一综述。
