棒材连轧过程变形区内外温度场分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用有限元方法分析了棒材连续热轧中变形区及出变形区时轧件横断面温度场。可以看出变形区内热接触作用对轧件表面温度有较大的影响,使得温度梯度较大;同时轧件出变形区后温度梯度逐渐减小。这一结果对于指导分析轧件的微观组织变化有重要意义。 The temperature field of the bar in and out the deformation zone during rolling is simulated by FEM. It has been founded that the temperature gradient is great in the deformation, in which the conduction has great effects. While as the temperature gradient is small out the deformation. The results by FEM are important to analyses the microstructure of the rod studied.
