XAGE-1基因在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨XAGE-1四种不同剪接体基因在胃癌组织中的表达水平及与临床特点的关系.方法胃癌患者85例提取胃癌组织及癌旁组织总RNA,RT-PCR检测XAGE-1四种剪接体的表达,并分析其表达与临床特点的关系.结果 49.41%(42/85)的胃癌组织阳性表达XAGE-1 mRNA,其中41.18%(35/85)癌组织表达XAGE-1b,8.23%(7/85)胃癌组织表达XAGE-1d mRNA.XAGE-1b mRNA的表达与肺癌性别、年龄、组织分型、TNM分期、肿瘤大小、浸润程度及淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05).结论 XAGE-1b基因在胃癌组织中高表达可以作为肿瘤疫苗的靶位点. Objective To study the association between XAGE-1 gene expression and the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer. Methods Tumor tissue and adjacent tissue specimens from 85 patients with gastric cancer were collected, and the total of RNA was extracted to detect the expression of the four XAGE-1 transcript variants by nest PCR. The correlation between XAGE-1 gene expression and several clinical arid pathologic variables were analyzed. Results 49.41% (42/85) of gastric cancer samples were positive for XAGE-I. The frequence of XAGE-lb and XAGE-ld in gastric cancer was 41.18% (35/85) and 8.23% (7/85) , respectively. There were no important correlation between XAGE-lb expression and clinical characteristics, including the gender and age of patient, the tissue typing, TNM staging, the size of" tumour, the degree of infiltration, and lymph node metastasis (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion XAGE-lb gene is highly expressed in gastric cancer and may be a promising immunotherapeutic target for gastric cancer.
