摘要
研制了１ 种新型锤头用钢———ＣｒＮｉＭｏ 低合金耐磨铸钢，探讨了热处理工艺与力学性能的关系，并试制了不同规格的锤头。现场装机试验表明，该钢种的锤头使用寿命均为高锰钢锤头寿命的１ 倍或１ 倍以上。在中等冲击及以下工况条件下，可代替高锰钢制造耐磨件。
