摘要
针对管件特点，将真空密封造型和消失模铸造结合，采用国产普通ＥＰＳ制模，实现了消失模铸造球铁管件大批量流水生产。消失模铸造生产线单班月产ＤＮ６００ 以下各类合格管件超过４００ｔ，产品质量符合ＩＳＯ２５３１ ：１９９８（Ｅ）
Volume production of s.g.iron fittings has been realized by combination of vacuum sealed molding process with EPC technology using general home made EPC,of which quality meeting requirements of ISO 2531:1998(E) output of one shift with product diameter up to 600mm has been more than 400t per month.
