摘要
医院科研经费的精细化管理有助于科研项目的顺利实施，是医院科研发展的重要保障。北京大学人民医院一直注重科研经费的科学有效管理，不断发现科研经费管理过程中的问题，努力探索科研经费精细化管理的方法与举措，力争保证科研经费的有效使用，促进医院科研工作的可持续发展。
Fine management of scientific research funds is an important support for implementation of scientific research projects and promotion of scientific researches in hospital. In order to ensure effective usage of scientific research funds and sustainable development of scientific research, Peking University People＇s Hospital has laid much stress on the management of scientific research funds, and explored the methods and measures for fine management of scientific research funds.
