摘要
与传统的硬度实验方法不同的是,在进行刻划硬度实验时,被测物体在与载荷垂直方向上发生位移。该方法在测量存在各向异性材料的硬度时,与普通硬度实验法相比具有直观准确的优点。特别是在薄喷涂层、刷镀层及合金层硬度测量及其它机械性能的评定方面,具有其它方法无法比拟的优越性。
Unlike the conventional hardness test. in the moving in dentation test there is a displacement of object perpendicalar fo the direction of load. When testing the hardness of anisotropic materials. this method shows obvious advantages of visualization and accuracy, especially for the thin spayed coatings. brush electroplating layers, and hardness meassurement of alloying layers or other mechanical property evaluations.
