摘要
本文通过对连铸坯切割特点的分析,对氢氧焰与氧乙炔等火焰用于连铸坯切割进行经济技术综合对比,认为氢氧焰切割效率等同于其它燃气,同时具有使用成本低、安全、无污染、切割质量好等优点。完全可以代替其它燃气用于连铸坯切割。
This article makes contrast of economic and technological for billet cutting using oxy-hydrogen flame and oxy-acetylene flame by analyzing characteristic of billet cutting.It considers that efficiency of oxy-hydrogen flame cutting billet is same as that of other flames and it has other merits such as low cost, safety no pollution, cutting quality fine. Oxy-hydrogen flame can replace other flames for cutting billet.
