摘要
分析水平连铸生产事故产生的原因,提出通过控制钢水温度、成分,保持良好的中间罐罐况;使用冷却效果优良的结晶器;调试好拉坯控制系统;实现标准化工艺操作达到减少和预防生产事故。针对常见的水平连铸事故列出其现象与预防对策。
The present paper analyzed the causes of productive accident on horizontal concasting and indicated that those accident can be lessened and prevented by controlling the temperature and composition of liquid steel; maintaining tundish in good condition; using better cool effectiveness mold; adjusting billet drawing control system, following the normal process operation. The phenomena and preventive measures for productive accident on horizontal concasting, were given.
