摘要
基于1999年与2009年对加拿大南安大略地域的肉牛饲养、奶牛饲养、养猪、玉米种植、烟叶种植和果树栽培等6个案例农场的实地调查,分析了南安大略地域的农业经营的特征.1950年之前农业的地域差异并不明显,随着第二次世界大战后农业生产技术的改良与农业机械化的普及,开始形成以特定农作物生产为主的农业地域.在1960与1970年代肉牛与奶酪地域、园艺农业地域、玉米地域、果树地域、烟叶地域的区分明显.而1980至2000年代农业地域的变化不大,说明近20年间南安大略地域的农业生产平稳变化不大.
In this paper the author tried to analyze changes in agricultural regions of southern Ontario in Canada based onfieldwork,and make clear their structure of change. Agricultural regions didnt’ differ greatly in southern Ontario before 1950. Along agricultural technology of production are improved and mechanization of agriculture are spread since World War II,the region for special crops production came into southern Ontario. It can clear distinguish between cattle farm,dairy farm,hog farm,grain farm,tobacco farm and fruit farm during 1960s and 1970s in southern Ontario. However,changes of agricultural region in southern Ontario arent’ too clear during 1980s and 2000s,it explain agricultural production are stable on this time.
