摘要
本文运用优化的理论,建立了以机床主轴动柔度和重量最小为目标函数的优化设计数学模型。并求得机床主要结构参数的最佳值,提高了机床加工精度和加工表面质量。
This paper uses the optimization theory. A mathematical model of optimumdesign of main shaft of machine tool is constructed, aiming at attaining the objechive function of a minimum dynamic flexible and mass. The best values of main struchure parametersof main shaft of machine tool are ohtained, with improving the working accuracy and working surface quality.
