The Corrosive Characteristics of Q235 and Q345 Steel in Different Soil Environments

摘要 接地网是电力系统安全稳定运行的重要保证。通过现场试验,研究了Q235、Q345镀锌和非镀锌钢在不同土壤环境中外施电流与腐蚀电位的关系、埋设时间与金属腐蚀速率的关系,得到了Q235、Q345钢在不同土壤环境中的腐蚀特性。现场试验结果表明:随着外施电流增大,4种试验钢的腐蚀电位先降后升;Q235碳钢的腐蚀电位最低;Q235非镀锌碳钢腐蚀速率和时间的关系与腐蚀速率模型的拟合度最低,Q345非镀锌碳钢的拟合度最高。 Grounding network is an important guarantee for safe operation of power system.In this paper,a study is conducted through field test on the relationship between applied current and corrosion potential of galvanized and non galvanized Q235 and Q345 steel in different soil environments and on the relationship between the burial time and corrosion rate,and the corrosive properties of the Q235 and Q345 steel in different soil environments are obtained.The field test result shows that along with the increase of the applied current,the corrosion potential of 4 different steel decreases first before going up,with the corrosion potential of the Q235 carbon steel being the lowest; The non galvanized Q235 steel has the lowest fitting degree between the tested corrosion rate and the corrosion rate model while the non galvanized Q345 steel has the highest.
