摘要
本文提出了TZS88滑动轴承合金的成分特点和优良性能，用它取代ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5、ZCuSn10P1等锡青铜制造轴瓦、轴套，简化了制造工艺，降低生产成本50％以上，成功地在较高滑动速度和较高工作温度的齿轮泵上应用。
This paper introduces the composition characteristics and excellent performance of TZS88 sliding bearing alloy. It is substituted for such tin bronze asZcuSn5Pb5Zn5, ZcuSn10P1, etc. to make axle bushes and axle sleeves, with simplifyingmanufacturing process, decreasing production cost over 50% and successfully applying togear pumps run at higher speed and higher temperature.
