摘要
提出了由通用计算机扩展接口模板构成的集中式卷板机计算机控制系统结构,讨论了对交流异步电机采用预测Bang-Bang控制,对液压伺服采用双闭环智能模糊控制和对压力进行分时控制的控制策略,并且开发了一个简单实用的示教系统。
The architecture of centralized computer control system composed of apersonal computer and input/output card for the thin-walled slender pipe rolling is proposed. The forecast Bang-Bang control and the double closed-loop fuzzy control for the hydraulic servo and the time-sharing control for hydraulic pressure are discussed. A teachingplayback system is developed.
