预应力连续箱梁施工过程中腹板斜向裂缝产生原因及防治 被引量:6

摘要 针对本桥125 m预应力连续箱梁在施工过程中沿腹板下弯束出现斜向裂缝问题,现场采用应力应变测试技术及多种措施进行防治。通过应力分析发现,施工中腹板斜向裂缝产生原因为桥梁纵向腹板束张拉完毕后腹板局部主拉应力过大所造成的,同时提出施工中腹板斜向裂缝的防治措施。 For inclined crack space in web kickdown during the construction process of this bridge 125 m prestressed continuous box beams,strain test technologies and several preventive measures are used on site.Strain analysis has shown that web inclined cracks are caused by the big strain in some parts of the web after the longitudinal stretching of the bridge web.Meanwhile,preventive measures for web inclined cracks in construction are put forward.
