改性粘土对复合橡胶力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善天然橡胶的综合性能,通过添加一定比例的改性粘土的方法改变复合橡胶的综合性能。实验表明,改变改性粘土的添加量,复合橡胶的力学性能将会受到影响。当粘土添加量(质量分数)达到10%时,复合橡胶的拉断强度、撕裂强度、300%定伸应力和邵尔A硬度等力学性能大幅度提高。 Natural rubber has a unique comprehensive properties.By addition of modified clay the performance of compound rubber could be modified.Through changing the contents of modified clay,the mechanical properties of compound rubber will be influenced.When the content in modified clay is 10%,its tensile strength,tear strength,modulus at 300% and Shore A hardness will be increased significantly.It has relatively high thermo-stability and the good heat-resistant air old chemical property.
