摘要
目的：观 察血栓心 脉 宁 治疗 缺 血性 中 风 的临 床 疗 效及 其 血 液 流变 学 、血 脂 的 变 化。方 法：１２０ 例缺血性 中风恢 复期患者 随机分 为治疗组 和对照组 各６０ 例 。治疗组 口服血栓 心脉 宁，对 照组口服复 方丹参 片。结果 ：临床总有 效率，治 疗组 ９６ ．６７ ％ ， 对照 组 ８０ ．０ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．００５ ） ； 血栓 心 脉宁组改善血 液流变 学指标、降低胆固 醇、甘 油三 酯、升高 高密 度 脂蛋 白胆固 醇的 疗 效优 于对 照 组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ 和 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。 结论：用血 栓心脉 宁治疗缺 血性中 风是一种 有效的治 疗方法 。
Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness and the variation of hemorhoeology as well as lipoprotein in ischemic patients treated by Xueshuanxinmaining.Methods:120 subacute patients were classified randomly into observed group and control group,60 patients in observed group took Xueshuanxinamaining while the control group treated by Danshen Compound tablets.Results:The total effective ratio in observed group(96.67%) was more higher than that in control group (80.0%)( P<0.005 );the index of hemorheology was improved,the level of cholesterol and triglyceride were reduced while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was increased in both group especially in the observed group ( P<0.05 and P<0.01 ).Conclusion:It is an effective method to use Xueshuanxinmaining in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
