摘要
研究我国合伙问题,必然要研究合伙文化,我国的传统合伙文化有一些消极因素需要我们正确对待,需要我们分析其成因并加以改善。实现合伙文化的和谐发展应当是可行的,可以从制度、目标、人际关系、环境等方面加以改善。
Studying partnership culture is a must if studying the problems on partnership in China.We need to have a correct attitude to some negative factors in our traditional partnership culture and analyzes the cause so as to improve the partnership culture.To realize the harmonious development of partnership culture,we should improve it in aspects of system,object,interpersonal relationship,environment,etc.
