摘要
知识经济时代,“知识型员工”是核心竞争力的主要载体,是人力资源管理的重点和难点。本文在分析心理契约的内容和知识型员工特征的基础上,探讨了知识型员工心理契约构建和维护的机制与策略。
In the era of knowledge-driven economy,the " knowledge workers " are main carriers of core competitiveness,the management of which becomes a focus and difficult part of human resources management.Based on the analysis of contents of the psychological contract and the characteristics of knowledge workers,this paper discusses the mechanism and strategy in constructing and maintaining knowledge workers’ psychological contract.
