低温制备纳米尖晶石粉体相变温度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用沉淀一低温燃烧法合成化学计量的纳米镁铝尖晶石粉体的前驱体,通过高温X射线衍射试验研究前驱体完全转变为纳米尖晶石的温度。结果表明:相变的温度是1000°C。本研究在1000°C,1h的条件下获得了纳米尖晶石粉体,通过XRD、TEM、BET等手段封所制备粉体进行了表徵,一次颗粒为球形多晶,晶体结构完整,颗粒小,只有软团聚。 Direct precipitation in low temperature combustion yielded the precursor for the stoichiometric nano-crystalline magninium-aluminia spinel. The phase transform temperature was studied by high temperature XRD. The phase formation was detected at the temperature of 1000°C. Nano-crystalline of spinel was obtained at 1000°C for 1 h. XRD, TEM and BET methods were used to characterize the as-prepared powder. The polycrystalline particle appeared spherical in soft agglomeration.
