摘要
发动机废气能量占燃料燃烧总放热量的35%左右。如果这部分能量得到很好的回收利用,将会使发动机的有效输出功率得到大幅提高,同时可以有效地降低燃油消耗和CO2排放。本文提出设计一种基于蒸汽朗肯循环的废热回收系统,此废热回收系统中工质水吸收尾气余热变为过热蒸汽,然后进入蒸汽涡轮机膨胀做功。根据排气温度和质量流量设计了发动机废气能量回收系统,经过分析估算得到该回收系统可回收24.1kW的废气能量,使发动机输出功率提高10%,为进一步开展发动机废热回收技术研究提供了很好的参考。
The engine exhaust energy accounted for about 35% of total fuel energy. This part of energy, with high-quality, is available. If this energy is well recovered, the power output of the engine will be increased substantially, at the same time the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions also be reduced. The objective of this paper is to design a steam Rankine cycle of waste heat recovery systems. In the waste heat recovery systems the water absorbs exhaust heat of the engine and becomes superheated steam and through the turbines to make work. According to the exhaust temperature and mass of the engine an exhaust energy recovery systems is designed. The analysis shows that the output power of the engine is increased by 10% at least. The study work provides a good reference for further research in engine waste heat recovery technology.
