血栓形成是多种疾 病,尤其是急性冠脉综合征的病因和并发症。抗血小板药物是最为重要的血栓防治药物。根据作用机制可将抗血小板药物分为五类。本文详细论述了血小板的形成过程,重点介绍四种代表性抗血小板药物的药理、作用机制、临床试验结果、适应证、不良反应与相互作用、计量与剂型和同类产品的开发情况。
The thrombus produc-
tion is one of the causes and complications for many diseases, especially for acute coronary syndromes. Antiplatelet agents play a major role in thrombus prevention and cure. They are divided into five classes. This article reviews the mechanism of platelet action, introduces four kinds of drugs for their pharmacology, mechanism, clinical trials, indications, ADR and interaction, dose and dosage form, re-search and development.
