摘要 本文对抗血小板药物 在经皮冠脉介入治疗中应用的最新成果作一综述和展望,重点讨论在介入性心脏病领域(PTCA、支架、再狭窄、围介入期心肌梗塞和急性心肌梗塞)内抗血小板方案应用的最新进展。 This article reviews the newest results and forecasts the future of an-tiplatelet therapy in percutaneous coronary in-tervention. The most important new advances in antiplatelet regimen in the field of interven-tional cardiologv (PTCA, stent, restenosis, periprocedural myocardial infarction, and acute myocardial infarction) are also discussed.
