摘要 高速切削工艺以高效、精密和柔性为基本特征,被视为现代制造技术领域的一个里程碑。从国外研究现状、国内已有的实际研究成就,以及目前国内存在的问题和提高切削速度带来的经济效益等方面,探讨高速切削工艺在我国的战略地位、高速切削工艺研究内容及有关研究基地建设问题,以便有利于高速切削工艺健康迅速发展。 High speed cutting (HSC) technology is one of the most typical advanced manufacturing technologies at present in the world. This technology is specified basically by high efficiency, high precision and flexibility, thus regarded as the milestone in the process of prompting contemporary manufacturing technology. This paper presents the state of the art of HSC technology in the developed countries, the research achievements on HSC technology and problems in existing machining domain in China, and the advantages by using HSC technology. Some primary problems such as why and how to develop HSC technology in China will be discussed in detail in this paper and the suggestions will be beneficial to the promotion of high speed cutting technology in China.
