摘要
牧野之战灭商后,以武王、周公为首的统治集团迫于悬殊的商周实力、严峻的军事形势等客观现实,同时也为了稳定和巩固周初统治,采取了一系列针对商遗民的怀柔政策。这些政策对于缓和当时社会矛盾、维护社会稳定、安定商朝遗民之心起到了积极的作用。
In the Battle of Muye,Zhou dynasty overthrew Shang dynasty.In order to stabilise and consolidate the early Zhou＇s reign,the ruler headed by the King Wu of Zhou and Duke of Zhou took a series of measures to govern the survivors of Shang in view of reality.Conciliatory policy was one of the measures,and it played an active role inn appeasing the society conflict and soothing.
