摘要
在不同试验条件下培养水葫芦黑斑病菌Alternaria alternata菌株,探讨其主要的生物学特性,结果表明:该菌株生长的最佳培养基为PSA,最佳C源为葡萄糖,弱碱性和中性N源对该菌菌丝生长具有明显的促进作用,而酸性N源对其具有抑制作用。菌株生长的最佳pH值为pH7,最适温度为27℃。湿度越大,对菌株生长越有利。
Experiments were performed to biologically characterize an isolated Alternaria alternata strain living on water hyacinth. The results indicated that the optimum culture medium for the mycelium growth of A. altcrnata was PSA. Mannitol, glucose and sucrose were suitable carbon sources for mycelium growth. Monosacchafides promoted the highest level of mycclium growth. Weak alkali,,es and neutral levels of nitrogen effectively promoted the growth of mycelium, whereas acid and nitrogen inhibited mycelium growth. The carbon source was sensitive than nitrogen. A. alternata was able to grow well from pH6 - 8, and the optimum pH was pH 7. The optimum temperature for mycclium growth was 27°C. Although humidity had no significant effect on the morphological characteristics of A. alternata, high humidity was able to promote a small amount of mycelium growth.
