摘要
天水古民居是天水特有的民居建筑形式,具有典型的地域特色和丰富的文化内涵。本文通过分析天水古民居的发展历史和现状,总结概括古民居的特色与价值,坚持保护与利用相结合的原则,采取全面复兴、现状保留、规划控制、市场运作、功能置换、群众参与等措施,促进古民居的保护与利用。
With typical regional characteristics and rich cultural connotations, Tianshui Ancient Dwelling is a unique residential architectural form. This paper analyzes the historical development and present condition of Tianshui Ancient Dwelling, summarizes the characteristics and value of Ancient Dwelling and sticks to the principle of protection and utilization combination. This paper also suggests that measures such as comprehensive recovery, preservation, planning control, market operation, functional replacement and mass participation, etc. to promote the protection and utilization of ancient dwelling.
