摘要
中国城市化在前三十年属于启动与徘徊阶段,城市化发展非常缓慢,但改革开放30年来,经济与社会发生巨大转型,不仅从根本上改变了中国城市的发展环境和作用机制,而且中国正经历着世界上最令人瞩目的发展转型与城市化进程,"中国城市化"不仅是一个经验过程,更是一个城市化理论本土化重构的"中国范式"。
The first thirty years of China＇s urbanization is a starting and wandering stage during which the development of urbanization is very slow. However,30 years since the reform and opening up,the economy and society has changed significantly,on the one hand,the development environment and functional mechanism of Chinese cities are changed fundamentally,on the other hand,China is experiencing the most remarkable development transformation and urbanization process in the world. ＂China＇s urbanization＂ is not only an experience process,but also a ＂China paradigm＂ for urbanization theories to be reconstructed through the urbanization process.
