摘要
本文立足于产业集群与技术创新两根主轴对开发区建立与发展的两轮驱动作用,对中国开发区的形成与发展机制、产业集聚及壮大规律、空间区位整合和技术创新趋向,进行了系统化的探讨,分析了开发区发展的三种演化途径以及伴随演化路径的三大衍生效应,并给予一些政策性建议。
Based on the double-wheel driving effect of industrial cluster and technical innovation on the establishment and development of development zones,this paper carries out systematic discussion on the formation and development mechanism,industrial collection and expansion principle,spatial integration and technical innovation trend of the development zones of China; in addition,it analyzes the three evolution routes in the development of development zones and the three derivative effects accompanying the evolution routes and some policy suggestions are proposed.
