摘要
随着新农保制度的试点和逐步推行,理论界和政策研究者对其密切关注,并形成了系列研究成果。从政府责任、模式选择、筹资模式、基金管理等方面,分析了这些研究成果,并指出现行研究的不足之处,以期促进此项研究的深入开展,推进新农保制度的逐步完善。
With the pilot as well as progressive implementation of new rural social endowment insurance system, the theoretical circle and policy researchers are paying close attention to it and thus formed a series of research results. This article analyzes the research development of current academic circle mainly from the aspects of government responsibility, mode selection, mode of financing, fund management, etc. and points out the deficiencies in the current research in hope to promote the further implementation of the research and push the optimization of the new rural endowment insurance system.
