摘要
井下原煤皮带监视图像由于照度低,粉尘所致的能见度差,采掘机振动引起固定在井巷壁支架上的摄像机抖动,井下供电电源波动以及经从井下至地面长距离传输等因素,所采集的图像受到的污染较为严重。针对这种情况,本文提出一种基于模型的工业图像增强技术,该技术将图像信号先经过非线性中值滤波器滤波,再基于原煤皮带机模型作边缘轮廓锐化处理,所恢复的图像质量较为理想,能够满足工程的要求。
With the influence of some factors live low illuminace, low visibility with dust, tremblance of video recorder attached to support of mine workings caused by vibration of excavator, fluctuation of underground power supply, and long distance transmission from underground to ground,the collected image is often polluted seriously.So as to solve this problem, this paper presents an model based method of industrial image enhancement model.In this new method, image signal is filtered by non linear median filter firstly, then processed by the sharpening edge outline based on belt conveyor mode.Theory analysis and experiment results show, that our quality of digiatal image restored is good enough to meet with engineering request.
